Sawadee Translations is committed to delivering accurate, professional translation services. Due to the custom and labor-intensive nature of our work, we maintain the following business policies regarding cancellations and refunds.


Cancellation Policy

Once work has begun, all translation and legalization projects are considered non-cancellable.

Because each job involves dedicated time from our in-house team and may include immediate submission to external authorities (such as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or an embassy), we do not accept cancellations once a project has started.

If you choose to cancel after confirming a job, no refund will be issued.


Refund Policy

We do not generally offer refunds once a project has been confirmed and work has begun.

However, in rare circumstances where:

  • The project cannot be completed due to reasons outside of our control (e.g. a rejected application unrelated to translation quality), or
  • We are unable to fulfill our service commitment,

…the Company may issue a partial refund equivalent to the value of the incomplete portion of the service.

All refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to management review.


Service Accuracy

All translations are completed by trained professionals and reviewed by a second team member for quality assurance. If you believe there is a factual error in your completed document, please notify us within 3 days of delivery, and we will review and correct it at no additional cost where appropriate.
